...as they like to call themselves. Just humor them.

Our hangry, sleep-deprived artists are a temperamental mess, but they know how to bring the heat. Coming together to produce brand new and exciting comics is what they are meant to do. Check out these bios and get to know the creative team behind Boop: Interdimensional Vagabond, Too Sweet to Eat, and everything else their normal-adjacent minds create in the future.

The Talent...

Barringer Fox

Writer - Art Director - Comic Book Enthusiast

Residing in a renovated swamp in South Carolina with his wife and cats, Barringer has made friends with the local alligators and vultures. He visits them on daily walks around the neighborhood to soak up sunlight and clear his mind so that he can then sit in a dark room and write or draw obsessively until the hunger kicks in and he has to stop working to eat food. He finds eating food a total waste of time and would prefer intravenous micro-nutrient therapy. Unfortunately, American healthcare is garbage, so he has taught himself to cook. Recently, he has started wearing brightly colored button-down shirts adorned with objects like pineapples, which would surely cause his teenage self to gag on his Camel cigarette. Ironically, his current self would gag at the thought of smoking a cigarette and regrets so, so many decisions made by his younger self.

As an artist and supervisor in both Video Games and the Visual FX industry his career highlights include...

Avengers: Infinity War, Deadpool, Spider-man: Homecoming, Ready Player One, Beauty and the Beast, Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice, Maleficent, X-Men: Apocalypse, Thor, X-Men Origins: Wolverine

Barringer is, currently, heading up the writing on Too Sweet to Eat, BOOP: Interdimensional Vagabond, and the upcoming Dark: Sub Rosa ongoing series. He is also taking lead on the the artwork for BOOP: Interdimensional Vagabond and providing concept art, book design, and cover art for multiple projects.

Adrian Iglesias

Digital and Traditional Artist, Trekkie, Pizza Lover

Adrián, AKA El Santa, is a Trekkie who has a degree in Fine Arts, cooks very good pizzas, and is a die-hard enthusiast of gothic horror and science fiction. He has been making comics and illustrations as an independent artist for more than ten years (even more, He founded a publishing house in Argentina with some of his closest friends).

His works (digital and traditional) have been published in Argentina, the USA, England, Portugal, Thailand, and Spain, among other countries. He is the proud owner of 4 Ninja Turtles and a Mystery Machine, and his biggest dream is to be able to retire to live in an isolated house in the middle of Patagonia (so he can keep on drawing and eating pizza!).

Adrián is tackling the pen and ink for Too Sweet to Eat, as well as, providing covers and numerous design elements within the book. His drawing style seamlessly marries both sides of TSTE; the whimsical and topical light-hearted banter from the colorful cast and the dark, creepy and gory, who-dun-it mystery. His playful style will warm your heart, engaging the reader through slick and dynamic expressions and poses, and then with a turn of the page, shock and send a chill down your spine.

Matthew Tardiff

Artist, Game Instructor, Corgi Dad

Matthew lives in the sweltering peninsula of retirees, tourists, and hurricanes with his wife, cats, and a small herd of corgis. In the off-season from his high-stress career in the Corgi Acrobatic Circus , aka. the CAC, Matt finds time to relax, draw, and read.

A man of many talents, including drawing, painting, sculpting, and design, Matthew has worked professionally in video games and education, and has even created his own online game from the ground up. No surprise at all, it's about Corgis! Are you seeing a theme building?

Matt is the artistic diva diving into the more obscure worlds within the BOOP universe. First stop, "Into the Puppyverse"! Matt has managed to develop a style both adorable, with his beautifully clean renditions of pretty much any animal you can think of...including Polor Mantis-Bulldog split-breeds, while striking an amazing balance with all that is sleek and cool and dandy and on fleek and yeet! I highly doubt Matt knows what the latter two descriptors in the previous sentence actually mean, but he's pretty quick on his feet and hip to the fresh jive.

Lit-Chi

International Man? of Mystery?!

Lit-Chi, not to be confused with lychee, is small (3.0–5.0 cm diameter) and variable in shape from round to egg- or heart-shaped. Depending on cultivar, the skin color is bright red, dull red, purple–red or pinkish red. Some cultivars also have distinctive yellow blotches on the skin. Oh wait! That IS lychee...not Lit-Chi.

I (your dashing website creator), actually has absolutely no idea who is/what is Lit-Chi. A true entity of mystery, a spirit in the wind, something your dreams are made of... Don't think about it too hard or you'll definitely hurt yourself.

All I can offer are the beautiful images produced by this ultimately surreal product of unnatural origins.

If you discover who this man is, please, let me know. I fear I won't get a proper night's sleep until this mystery is unveiled.

Also, he paint real good!

Lit-Chi is providing gorgeous illustated covers for both BOOP: Interdimensional Vagabond and Too Sweet to Eat.
